The Start Of the Deep Dish Pizza

Instead of regular Pizza, for something different I wanted to try Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. Here's the process, starting with the ingredients. I wanted to try the "san marsano" tomatoes, seems like it came out pretty good. Some recipes called for corn meal for the dough, I used YOUR dough recipe, dad.

Making The Deep Dish Pizza

Here's putting it together

Out of the Oven

This is what it looked like right out of the oven.

The Final Product.

Stupid, STUPID Adam didn't take a nice video-- the idiot was trying to be funny-- sorry for the poor quality. The pizza came out pretty good. Next time I won't use so much dough, as it was "doughy" but the flavor was there.
