The Brutal Winter of 2013-2014

School was cancelled today- the kids loved it of course.  We got no snow,  just brutal temperatures.

Luke was in my bathroom with the hair gel and Adam helped him make a "mohawk."   Luke wanted

me to shave the sides, but I think Amy will kill me if I do that.

First day of school 2014

2 hour delay today because it's "cold."  It was 28 degrees this morning and it wasn't that cold.  TOMORROW it's suppose to be brutal so I'm sure the kids will get a least a 2 hour delay.

Here are pictures of the first day of school in 2014- the boys all wish they were in the couch bed at Grandma's and Grandpa's.  Chistmas vacation is over :-(.

Tough to get going this morning.

Justin was the first one down- he puts on a thick hoodie after eating his breakfast

 

Next came Adam-- he thinks he's super cool-- he's almost 14!

 

Luke leaves later-- here he is with his Christmas vacation black eye.

 

And here he is waiting at the bus stop.   A very nice neighbor was in her car with her kids and invited Luke to wait in her car- NICE!!!

I can't wait till winter is OVER!
