I've wanted to make a great bread for a very long time. I looked for a while for a good rustic type bread and came across this youtube video . It's a remarkably easy dough to make and the bread is unbelievably GREAT, not good.
Here's what my process looked like:
Exactly like the video says, it doesn't seem like the dough will come together at first, then seems too wet, but it comes together nicely.

This is after the 18 hours of rising. I started the dough at about 7:00 pm on Saturday, on Sunday we went to church, came home, Justin and I went to the grocery store and by about 2:00 pm Sunday the dough was ready to be formed. The smell at this point was MMMMMMMMmmmm!!
This is a very wet and stick dough as you can see above.
With some work, and sesame seeds on the top, here it is formed on the baking pan.
